This workflow can be used to extract the required utilization data from the Etisalat bills. It works as follows:

*   Reads all the PDFs from a predefined location.
*   Converts them to TEXT using PDF Activities one by one.
*   Extracts Local Calls Details including date, time, duration, and called number and populates the DataTable.
*   Extracts International Details including date, time, duration, and called number and populates the DataTable.
*   Extracts Special SMS (Parking SMS, Contest SMS, and Playstore, App store Purchase) including date, time, and sent to SMS number and populates the DataTable.
*   Exports them to Excel in 3 different Sheets (Local, International, and SMS) for a deep-dive view of the bills.
*   In conjunction with this workflow, you can automate the PDF download using the below two options:

                - Using the mail Activity to access and download the PDF attachment or

                - Using Screen Recorder or manually capture the steps from Login to Etisalat website, searching for the account no and until downloading the PDFs for each and every account in your company.
