1. File watcher is build on UiPath version 2021.4 and can work on lower versions as well.
2. File watcher version 1.0 includes creating the entries of file paths in a specific folder in a fixed Excel queue.
3. The Bot checks the created datetime of the last file in the queue and picks up all the new files that are created after that time.
