Hello, could you please share , how to import your dashboards to kibana?Regular way kibana&gt;saved objects&gt;import is not working

Hello Michelle, sorry for misunderstanding.Yes i can import dashboards via saved objects, but warning message about "no such index pattern associated with this object exists" is shown. Which is obvious ) So could you please tell a little more about : index pattern name and log format from robot's (e.g. field names, formats )Thank you

Hi Michelle, These graphs look great. How do I show the job complete vs Sopped vs Faulted. Orchestrator shows this status but doesn't allow to export the report. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks,Rudrava.

Hi Michelle, the Errors and Jobs dashboards work like a charm. But the Queue one is not able to show. May I know if it is due to these fields are not indexed? What is the fix? Should I modify the mapping or setting on the indices, re-index the files? I am new to Elasticsearch/Kibana so please shed some lights. Thanks for respond to my message, Michelle. We do have Queues in our UiPath workflows. Some log entries having the TransactionStatus fields. But they appeared as unindexed. I checked the mapping of the index and those fields are in there. My current issue is how to index these fields. Do I have to reindex into a new index file? The Robot logs are feeding into the original index file. How can I ensure all the new documents are indexed with all the fields? Thanks!

Hi Michelle,How to make the Y-axis i.e Total Execution Time to show as hours?I'm try to click "Management &gt;&gt; Index Patterns(make sure its under the kibana section), select the index pattern you're using, and click it"©, but in Kibana 6.7 i can't find 'Human Readable'.Help me, please.

How can I have queue details being forwarded to ELK Nlog and I can use same to generate a report

Can you help me answering the below mentioned things.

1. Can these reports be scheduled to be mailed to business user daily/monthly.

2. In Transaction status by queue, it is just giving two keywords Successful and Failed.

It is considering retried as successful hence count is not correct. How can we identify other transaction status like Retried ,abandoned etc,

i am using elastic and kibana 7.6.1 and not able to import jason file . could you please suggest a way to use this solution for creating dashboard.

Very useful and timely dashboard - Lately, we have been having monitoring, reporting and analytics discussion primarily from operational and support perspective with various groups and customers. This dashboard provide all the initially required parameters for us to start with.


Easy to deploy - just what I was looking for  - These pre-built dashboards are a life saver! I work with a lot of customers that request assistance with analytics and these dashboards provide everything that organizations are looking for...and more. In just 5 minutes, you have three nice dashboards that give you great insight into all of your processes.


The best kibana component - My boss asked me to build some dashboards to show how our processes were doing, but I am not familiar with kibana so I decided to search on Go! I noticed there are a few options for kibana, but I like this one the most. I appreciated the separation by type of dashboard as we are not using queues


best kibana dashboard on marketplace - 
Noticed there were a few kibana dashboards by uipath available here on the marketplace, but this one was my favorite. I appreciate how much information it shows and how easy it was to install. Would recommend everyone else try this one too!


Comprehensive dashboards with good documentation - After reading the detailed documentation, I had no problem with using these dashboards out of the box.  The visualizations are relevant and should cover a big percentage of user's needs.
However, I found the process of importing each visualization a bit tedious. As a future minor improvement, I would recommend including the contents of the visualization .json files into the dashboard .json file, as to do a single import.


AMAZING component - flawless execution - Fantastic work, definitely helped our team figure out how to best utilize the dashboards. Please download if you want to get straight to work on it!

After changing TotalExecutionTimeInSeconds from number to Duration it worked like charm.

Great launching off point for meaningful data - Was able to get this from download to the client's eyes in less than 10 minutes and they loved it! Documentation was thorough and made the entire process a breeze. Amazing way to demonstrate their automation power and the ways to make it more efficient. 


Easy, intuitive and effective dashboards! - Very initiative and well worth the download! Most certainly my favorite of the Kibana dashboards for gaining visibility into jobs, errors, and queue processes, and using data from robot logs pushed to Elasticsearch. 



 - Hi Michelle, somehow my question doesn't show up. I love the Dashboards you shared. I have issue to use the Queue one though. I can see log entries with the 
transactionStatus fields. But they are unindexed. May I know how I can turn these fields to be indexed? New log entries are added to the index every day. Is there way I can fix the original index w/o the need to reindex into new index? Should I create dynamic template to correct the mapping on the index? Thanks very much!

Though you should note that at least on the Jobs dashboard (and their visualizations) the Execution time
is shown
in seconds. At least one of the charts
is named
so you could believe that it is in hours.
I have created a new scripted field, showing the value of totalExecutionTimeInSeconds as a duration in a "Human Readable" format, and used that value instead.
