This activity pack helps achieve faster integration between the Nintex and UiPath platforms and brings together the worlds of human centric workflow and software bots.
The easy-to-use and powerful Nintex Process Platform is a low-code process automation platform you can now easily interact with directly from UiPath.
This rapidMATION activity pack for Nintex provides methods for:
Defining a Nintex Scope
- This allows you to easily setup a connection to your Nintex environment and reuse the connection as needed.
- The Nintex Scope uses a Client ID, Client Secret and Nintex URL.
Starting Nintex workflows
- This allows you to start a Nintex workflow process directly from UiPath.
- You can pass data to Nintex workflows which gives you the ability to set any Nintex data fields for a specific Workflow ID.
- Once the Nintex workflow has been started you can get access to the Instance ID.
Getting Nintex tasks
- This allows you to get access to any tasks on the Nintex task list.
- You can get Nintex tasks in any of the following states: Active, All, Complete, Expired, Overridden, or Terminated.
- You can loop through the Nintex tasks and get access to all Nintex tasks filtered by Assignee, From Date and To Date.
Completing Nintex tasks
- You can complete Nintex tasks by setting the Outcome for a specific Task ID.
