Hi, when I try to get CPU Usage, Available Memory information for other servers from robot machine, I get "Access denied" error, could you please let me know how can we enable its access to some other servers to resolve this error.

Hi. I dont get any errors when running this activity but also no output. I thought it will show me after runtime but it doesnt. Do i need to extract the output myself somehow?

If I am right, since you can't run two bots on the same machine at the same time, this bot has to run on another machine that has access to the machine you want to measure. Is that correct?

Hi ,

i want to find cpu usage for every window service using uipath.

i am pretty much aware about cpu usage, service status and service info activities but they are unable to solve my purpose.

I tried cpu usage but that shares results for full system but i want for induvidual services. could you suggest which actvity can be used here .

Hi Rahul,

Your understanding is correct. At this moment the current package provide activity to retrive the current CPU usage of the system instead of retrieving for a partciular process.

I will take that as a suggestion and implement this functionality as part of the current health check up package. However it would take some time to release the same. Thanks :)

Hi Rohit,

You can use "MachineName" property of " CPU Usgae" and "Available Memory" activity to pass "Remote hostname/IP" of the server in order to get the CPU utilization and Memory(RAM) utilization. Kindly ensure the server is in same domain and it's reachable.

Hi Priya,

Thanks for your previous reply. As part of health check i regularly need to check 5 machines windows services. How would i check them . If UI path works in only for local computer where UI path is installed. I cant buy 5 licences for my 5 computers to check the status of system resources. Please suggest how to overcome this.

Hi Bhaskar,

The current package of system health check doesnt provide functionality of checking Window Service status for Remote machines in network. However it is in progress and it will be included in the next version. Using that it would be possible to get status of windows service from one single machine (Robot) considering all other machines are present in same network and are accessibe.

Hi Priya,

I am trying get memory on C drive in a remote computer in same network. I am seeing Available memory: Access is denied. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070005 (E_ACCESSDENIED)).

How do I pass username and password to enter. do they required actually?

Hi Bhaskar,

"Available Memory" activity provides available RAM memory from local/remote host and "Disk Space" activity can provide you Free space of a drive in the local system where this activity is running. Unfortunately getting "C" drive free space from a remote computer is not part of the current activity. However i will take this as a suggestion and look in to this to check if its feasible. Thank you!

Hi samsanditha,

This exception can occur if WMI service is not running on the machine which is provided under "Machine Name" Property of the activity. If it is localhost, please check if the WMI services is running on the local machine or not. Hi Priya, i'm trying to install this package at «Manage Packages» in UiPath 2019.8.0 version but is not available. The system don't recognize the package version and i'm not getting any error... can you share the xaml file please?

Hi Cintia,

Could you please check if the Go! feed(https://gallery.uipath.com/api/v2) is added in package explorer. If not then please add it using steps mentioned in the link here : https://docs.uipath.com/studio/docs/managing-activities-packages#section-adding-custom-feeds

Also you can download the package directly on your desktop/local desktop and create a feed for desktop in package explorer to get the package in studio.
