Hi Vivek, Not able to see attachment images in the report which was sent through email. Could you please help on this?

We couldn't sent larger attachment more than 20 MB throught gmail. And almost every report(with images) is having size more than 20 MB. So it will not work in all the cases thats why I am just sharing the .HTML file only instead of whole report files.
If still you need the images then you can share screenshots folder seperately by any other resources. After copying the screenshots you can paste it in the same directory where .HTML file is present.
We will try to find a way for sharing the screenshots as well.

I'm getting an error while trying to send the report on an email:
I'm not sure if this is a configuration error or something else.

Hi,
By default, it will support Gmail ids for sending an email. for other ids, you need to provide server details accordingly.

Thank you for your reply. I am new here and my question are:
1. I want to get actual result of step status. For example if I set Status as "Pass" and my current execution is fail then it should be display fail instead of pass.
2. If I use compare option and then how to mention actual and expected result. How can I get the actual result of current exection. Please mention if there is any formula or attached a screenshot in your doc for same. For example if I want to enter user name then I will enter user name in string format for expected result but how I get actual for same.
please help on this.

Answer 1:
If you have used any one of the statuses (Pass, Fail, Warning, Skip, Exception, Info) then it will directly set the given step status. So before using this Step Status activity, you need to use any conditional activities, and based upon its result you can decide which status we have to set.
E.g. Suppose you have to enter the value into the text field. Then you can use the reporter in the following way:
First enter the value into the text field.
Then get back the entered value from the text field using the "Get Text" activity and store the result in any variable say actualValue.
Now you have expected as well as the actual value. Then compare these values using the If statement.
And based on the result you can set the appropriate status.
Answer 2:
To reduce the above lengthy process we have introduced the "Compare" option. To use this option you have to pass the Actual & Expected results. Then the reporter will compare those values and determine the resulting weather passed or failed.
E.g. consider the above scenario. Step 1&2 will remains as it is.
Instead of steps 3&4 just pass those expected & actual values to the "Step Status" Activity.

Hi Vivek,
I am getting error in Step Status when I select Take screenshot.
I have given path to create Report as ".\\Reports" or "C:/JDE-RPA/MFG-SER003/Reports".
its working at one place, but when i try to capture errors in another workflow, it gives above error. Really struggling here, please help.
