Reads a table from a Word document, using Office Open XML SDK by Microsoft. The activity will perform the following:

  
1\. To get the first table from the Word document  
2\. To get the Last table from Word document  
3\. To get the exact table from the Word document by index number. Default index number is 0.

4\. Gets the total number of tables from Word document.
