The package includes the following email activities for Outlook:

*   **Mark as Read/Unread -** Mark a given email (or a list of email messages) as read or unread.
*   **Forward Mail Message -** Forward an email (or a list of email messages) with a protected and original email body.
*   **Mark as Task -** Mark an email (or a list of email messages) as a task and select a due date.
*   **Add Category -** Quickly add a category to an email (or a list of email messages). If the needed category does not exist, the activity will create it with a specified category color.
*   **Get MailMessage with UID (UniversalID) -** Retrieve an email with its UID. Use it when you need to get the UID of an email stored in the Orchestrator queue or database.

Manage your Dropbox easily with this activity package.

All activities works in scope activity. 

To use the activity package, get authentication token with the button on the Dropbox Scope activity and paste it to it's property.

  

**Dropbox Scope**

Enables you to give access to the Dropbox app and get authentication token.

**Get File List**

Get the list of files in specified folder.

**Get Folder List**

Get the list of folders in specified folder.

**Create New Folder**

Create new folder in specified path with given name.

**Download File**

Download a file with the input of file path (string) or Dropbox item.

**Upload File**

Upload a file from local file to given folder path.

**Move**

Move files / folders as input of file path (string) or Dropbox item to given destination (path as string).

Move activity also can be used as "Rename".

**Delete**

Delete given file or folder (with path or Dropbox item).

_Important:_ Folders are deleted with the containing files and folders.

This ready-to-go automation allows users to select multiple PDF files to merge and creates a merged PDF file in the desired location. 

*   **Select PDF Files**: Select the PDF files by clicking the "Select" button. Users may add rows by clicking the "Add Another" button, arrange the merging order by click&drag, or delete the rows.
*   **Target Folder**: Select the target folder location by clicking the "Select" button. The default value is your Desktop location.
*   **Merged File Name**: Define the name of the merged PDF file. The default value is Merged\_PDF\_File.pdf.

This ready-to-go automation allows users to extract specified pages and/or page ranges as a new PDF file in the desired location.

*   **Select PDF**: Select the main PDF file by clicking the "Select" button. 
*   **Extraction Type:** Select extraction type from the dropdown list. "Even pages only" and "Odd pages only" automatically select and extracts pages. Use "Custom" to specify pages and/or page ranges.
*   **Pages:** If "Custom" extraction is selected write down the defined pages and/or page range.
*   **Save To**: Select the target folder location by clicking the "Select" button. The default value is your Desktop location.
*   **Extracted File Name**: Define the name of the extracted PDF file. **Important:** If there is a file with the same name it will be overwritten.
*   **Continue to extraction:** Select the checkbox if you want to continue to extraction with the same PDF file.

Extract selected page(s) from a PDF file as a new PDF file.

The Get Queue Items activity can only retrieve a max of 100 queue items at once. Query the Orchestrator queue by skip index (+100) and top index (100) to get all queue items by 100 for each iteration. Add the newly queried items to a collection of out\_AllQueueItems.

Get all queue items even if the query result is more than 100 items.
