**Automated Customer Complaint Ticket Generation** Process makes the employee's job of data entry into multiple CRM systems faster and has an improved quality.

  

The process helps to fetch the previous complaint details of the given customer ID.

  

The employee can input the details to solve the complaint as to what is the solution recommended and as to the time it takes to solve it.

  

The employees can also edit or update the changes made with confirmation messages, so as to confirm the change of data.

  

The Error Handling is also ensured when the user enters an irrelevant data that cannot be processed.

The Process takes input from the user and updates the data into an Excel sheet (database) and Google forms, and sends a confirmation mail to the user
