Hello Shan,
I am also experiencing the problem with chrome. I provided the process name as "chrome" and username as "Administrator" but it is not working.
The same method is working for other applications.

My process name is "AcroRd32" and username is "slogesh". I provided the same parameters in properties windows against this process.
But when i test this activity, nothing happens. What could be the problem?

I trying to kill Internet Explorer process (iexplore), but I don't have success.
The return message is "Process name or Username is not correct. Process name must be same as shown in the windows task manager, and username must be same as shown in the windows user management", but if I change the process to EXCEL the activity is working verry well.
