Overview

The Share Meeting Availability automation allows you to quickly find available time slots for your internal attendees and schedule a meeting or share the slots with your external attendees. It asks for your attendees’ email addresses, finds available times for the internal attendees, then schedules a meeting if all your attendees are internal to your organization or sends an email to your external attendees. The automation is great for scheduling meetings with your team, finding a suitable time with external parties or rescheduling meetings at the last minute.

Note: This automation requires your Outlook email to be part of an organization and will not work if you have a personal Outlook account.

To reduce errors while running this automation, please use the old Outlook layout.

Beginning with version 2.2.0, we have migrated this automation to Windows (.Net 5.0 or higher) project.
If you need the Windows-Legacy project version, please download version 2.1.0.
