How to input many emails. I extracted from Outlook mail and come with ; (semicolon) it is not work. How to solve.

I like the idea, but not really feasible for European colleagues when only US timezones can be selected.

This automation allows you to enter a set of emails, and some ideal future meeting information such as a date range, specific timezone and meeting duration. It will then compare all the Outlook email calendars to find an optimal set of meeting suggestions which will then be presented to the user in a UiPath Form.

The Share Meeting Availability automation allows you to quickly find available time slots for your internal attendees and schedule a meeting or share the slots with your external attendees. It asks for your attendees’ email addresses, finds available times for the internal attendees, then schedules a meeting if all your attendees are internal to your organization or sends an email to your external attendees. The automation is great for scheduling meetings with your team, finding a suitable time with external parties or rescheduling meetings at the last minute.

Note: this automation requires your Outlook email to be part of an organization and will not work if you have a personal Outlook account.

This automation allows you to enter a set of emails and find an ideal meeting time for all attendees.
