So far the best and yet very powerful connector for servicenow I have used. It has all the feature one would use via UI.

Helpful Activities for SNOW Automation

Great tool for SNOW without clicks activities - Component contains many activities to obtain data from ServiceNow (SNOW) via REST API. We have used it so far with Password and UserName and tried to pull data from several tables. Big advantage is to see result without necessity to run script and opportunity to provide sys_id or number in Information tab and to see what fields you can use in SQL alike Command tab. For me, although, Get Task List activity is giving only tasks with active=true. We used it in automation of activities done for closed tasks (downloading attachments and attaching them in SAP documents). Not sure, if this is possible, but in the future versions in Properties might be We have used Get Data Native activity, but still, outcome is not in data table, only in ResponseJSON. When SNOW is about to be automate, I strongly recommend this connector. We previously used SNOW User Interface (internet explorer), bad idea to automate SNOW via this option.
