When an incident arises in ServiceNow, this template automatically creates a new folder in Box, naming it after the incident's number, in case the folder doesn't already exist. Then, a shared link to this folder is sent to a Slack channel so everyone involved can access it easily. You can use this to keep data about incidents centralized and access it later on.
