This package includes the below mentioned activities :

  

**1\. Password Protected WorkBook** - User needs to provides the Excel sheet file path. As an output, the activity will  automatically generate a random password of 6 characters and lock the workbook with it. The generated password can be further used in the workflow by storing it into variable. The password is also available in the ouput console.

*   Input Parameters - Excel file full path
*   Output Parameters - Password

  

**2\. Password Protected Sheet** - User needs to provide the Excel sheet file path and the sheet name that needs to be protected. As an output, the activity will automatically generate a random password of 6 characters and lock the sheet with it. **3\. Password Protected Sheet with only some specified cells or range to edit.** \- In some scenarios, we need to allow only some Excel cells in a sheet to be editable and the rest of the sheet to be locked. This activity provides the necessary functionality.

User needs to provide the File Path, sheet name and the ranges/cells seperated with commas that need to be editable. As an output, the activity will automatically generate a random password of 6 characters and lock the sheet with it. Only the mentioned cells are allowed to be edited and are also highlighted in green color. The password is also available in the ouput console.

*   Input Parameters - Excel file full path, name of sheet, ranges/cells (e.g.-A1:C4, E5:F5, G10)
*   Output Parameters - Password

Package that provides different functionalities for generating protected Excel sheets with randomly generated password.

**Introduction** 

  

This is a reusable workflow which is useful for sending emails. Sometimes in large projects, there are cases where mails are required to be sent in different workflows. This workflow can be used as a reusable component and instead of defining the complete workflow, we can include this workflow anywhere we want.

  

**Prior Requirements** 

  

These are the two assets that need to be defined in Orchestrator:

  

1\. ServerCredentials - Used to save the Credential of the MailBox.

2\. SendEmail\_ServerInfo - Used to save the information of the MailBox Server. Define the value in the following format

**Arguments need to Pass:**

*   _**in\_MailType**_ - This is mandatory. Provide the type of Mail activity you want to use to send the mail - Exchange, Outlook, IBM or SMTP.
*   _**in\_MailTo**_ - This is optional in case it is defined in the "SendEmail\_ServerInfo" asset.
*   _**in\_MailAttachments**_ - This is optional.
*   _**in\_MailBody**_ - This is optional . Define in HTML format.
*   _**in\_MailSubject**_ - This is optional.
*   _**in\_MailBCc**_ - This is optional.
*   _**in\_MailCc**_ - This is optional.

Reusable workflow which helps with sending emails using any send mail activity.

**Introduction**

  

This is a pre-structured template which is useful for inserting charts in emails. Sometimes in large projects, there are cases where different types of charts are required to be shared in emails. This workflow can be used as a good start to your workflow or can be included anywhere as needed.

  

**Prior Requirements**

  

\- Microsoft Outlook

\- Excel

  

To use the template provide the following data:

  

Section 1 - Use Excel File

a) Excel scope - Provide the Excel file to be used to create the charts.

b) Insert chart - Provide _"Data range"_ and _"Insert into sheet"_ values.

  

Section 2 - Send the Email

a) Send Email - Provide _"To"_ value.

Predefined template which can be used to move all files and folder from one folder location to another. The exact folder structure is copied to the new location.

  

Just define the two values: 

*   Source\_Folder: Path of the folder from where the files and folders need to be moved (e.g - C:\\Users\\guest\\Documents\\Source folder).
*   Destination\_Folder: New path of the folder where the files and folder need to be moved (e.g - C:\\Users\\guest\\Documents\\Destination folder).

To use the template, update the below fields to contain the Email IDs:

1\. Excel file

2\. Sheet

3\. Column 

  

Lastly, update the subject and body of your email as per the requirements. Selecting an attachment is optional.

This is a simple template for retrieving the credentials saved in **Orchestrator** **asset** to login to any application. You can use any application or browser as per your process needs.

  

As a best practice, it is always recommended not to hard code the credentials to any application involved in the process. Instead we should use UiPath Orchestrator or Credential Manager to store these kind of sensitive information. 

  

This is a StudioX predefined template to give you a good start when you want to login to any application using the credentials saved in Orchestrator. This workflow performs the following actions:

  

**1.** Opens a web application.

**2\.** Checks the application status to ensure that the application login screen is available. 

**3\.** Fetches the credentials from Orchestrator. 

**4\.** Logins to the application of your choice.

  

**Pre-Requirement**

  

The credentials should be available in Orchestrator.

  

\*\* If you do not know the Asset Name, you need to connect with your RPA support team or the RPA leading team to get the details.

This is a simple template focused on retrieving the credentials saved in Orchestrator to login to any application.
